About My Book

The Honeycomb Principle is a team structure intentionally built and executed to be perfectly supportive of each person. It is a structure that will not only withstand pressure, but it demands you use pressure to test it as it continues to expand. I have curated this approach to structuring and leading teams over my 25+ years of experience.

This book offers prescriptive guidance for building lasting teams that consistently deliver extraordinary results, drawing on my own experiences and those of other successful leaders, and sharing the lessons learned along the way.

My name is Meredith Kepron, and I am the author of The Honeycomb Principle. 

I wrote this book because I really do believe that building the impossible means not tempering your team to what is realistic before you have decided what you want to achieve. It means deciding what you want to achieve, then defining what needs to be true to get it done. 

But to accomplish this, a leader must build the right team, provide the proper support, lead with authenticity and humanity, and create a vision in which the team, as a whole, believes. 

My hope for The Honeycomb Principle is that it inspires leaders and teams to reach beyond what they think is possible and give them a path to accomplish the impossible. 

Through real‑world stories, you’ll learn to:

• Spot the moment when “impossible” turns into “expected.”
• Drive extraordinary results while protecting your team’s energy.
• Lead with humanity, authenticity, and trust.

My publisher (Manuscripts) gave me a publishing team to help me produce and launch my book. I am working with:

• A revisions editor, copy editor, and proofreader this winter to further hone my book (when you buy a copy during my presale, you’ll get early excerpts and access to earlier versions of my manuscript!)
