About The Author

I’ve been obsessed with business since I was seven years old—walking the streets of Medellín, Colombia, with a cassette recorder, asking adults how they made money. That hunger to understand how people create value took hold early, and I never let go.

At the age of eight, I moved to the U.S. and launched my first business, delivering newspapers. That same entrepreneurial spark has fueled every chapter of my journey.

I studied business at Bryant University, started my career as a Process Consultant in corporate America, and eventually felt the undeniable pull to build something of my own.

That leap led to the launch of Xzito, a seven-figure marketing agency I co-founded with two partners. For over 20 years, we’ve partnered with CEOs and CMOs to drive revenue and lasting organizational impact, serving more than 2,500 businesses across 10 industries.

Along the way, I’ve trained at Harvard, MIT, and completed the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses program—later joining their faculty to teach digital marketing, pricing strategy, and sales growth. I’ve worked closely with founders and executive teams to help them scale with clarity, structure, and purpose.

But that journey hasn’t been without its hard-earned lessons.

In mastermind rooms and high-performance boardrooms, I’ve seen brilliant entrepreneurs build outward success while silently struggling behind the scenes.

I’ve witnessed the hidden cost of growth—burnout, broken marriages, strained families, declining health, emotional exhaustion, and that slow erosion of confidence when your vision feels misunderstood or rejected.

I’ve lived it too.
