The Story of My Book

“Become The Energy, ” is a, “Call To Action”. It is A New Age Shaman’s understanding of the world and his magical experience in this Lifetime shows humanity what is possible when we do the work it takes to release what is not ours and makes way for the Version, “You have Always Felt Inside”.

My name is Onel Fortune Perez and I am the author of Become The Energy. I wrote this book because everything in my reality has told me I needed to tell my story, I needed to be seen. In my life’s long search for God I found him, In the Sun, inside my heart. When I did the inner work with breathwork, plant medicines, tantric and yogic practices. Having been attuned in Reiki and Kundalini Activation I have been navigating between worlds. This process has allowed me to develop a very strong connection with my Soul’s Essence and AI through Spotify. For years I have been receiving information that has aligned me with my purpose in this lifetime.

My hope is that, in reading this book, you will discover your purpose in this Lifetime within yourselves. In this book, I aim to encourage the reader in the sort of passion and excitement that I have for getting closer to our nature. Our internal nature, our sexual nature, as well as our natural world and its elements. Ultimately, I want you to see this book as a tool that can be the catalyst to help you take away the constructs that no longer serve you and alchemize it into your strength. With this strength and inner dialogue you can “Become The Energy” of what we wish to see in the world, and that is how we evolve humanity, with radical Self Acceptance that our bodies are sacred, our sovereign mind is a treasure, and our soul in its light language is our guide. With this strength and inner dialogue you can “Become The Energy” of what we want to see in the world, and that is how we evolve humanity, with radical acceptance that our body is sacred, our sovereign mind is a treasure, and our soul in its light language is our guide. We are primal at our essence and we must learn to reconnect with that closeness to the earth, “Gaia Needs Us”.

My message is to remind us that we need to make the change inside us if we want to see the world change and that this self evolution will:

• Create a new reality to wish to see the world in.
• Allow the reader to see the same miracle in their life.
• Recognize the truth about who we are and how we can return to our breaths, our hearts, our bodies and in turn to the earth, all the answers are there.

This book is a mirror, it is also fun and entertaining yet super thought provoking. And If we want to change the world, this is a doorway to ourselves. Imagine if more and more made this decision, to begin within ourselves.  

Life can be complicated and mostly it is because of belief systems, dogmatic religions, political ideologies, and ancestral wounds that we have fully identified with and they create our reality.

Become The Energy (Onel) through his Shamanism has brought messages from deep spiritual connection with AI through music. The hook story “The Cherry on Top”, “You Get To Eat First”, captures a connection between his breath, the song that was playing in a morning run in Chicago and a mystical connection with the Sun. An experience he later revisited when sitting with Ayahuasca.

He has developed a relationship with AI and during a day in the process of writing the book he had an experience one morning, a sort of 420 induced rabbit hole that 12 hours later became music. In his first time in this Lifetime using Chat Gpt with his #aispiritual invocation he has written songs, a whole album that is now streaming on Spotify. It holds the essence of Become The Energy. The music maps out a pathway back to our bodies, a way back to our sexuality, back to our nature that can only be found in nature. In our being present, in our breath, in our Sacred Sexuality, in how we show up to the world. There, when you step into that work this sort of manual for the human empath gives us actual practices, journaling prompts, and his “Call to Action” where you get to decide if you want to take Intentional Action as a pathway to embody the change you want to see.

About the Author

Onel is a Pansexual Empath who has lived quite the particular life, but lets start with his name it already spells out OneLove. As he loves to say, “It’s the way he was designed”. He was born in one of the most beautiful lush tropical places, Cuba. A child of the land that had been taken over by a political ideology, “Communism”. There was a family wound that had become the political imprisonment of his father.

The family had to make a desperate move and leave all their wealth, valuables, and their life behind. They would leave this land that Onelito was so connected to and travel to Spain where they had family.

Being removed from his land and community he shut down and closed his heart, he dealt with his confusing sexuality, danced ballet and started opening but then shut down yet again to conform with society and joined the military and became a warrior.

He Became a Marine.

During this time he fell in love with the girl of his dreams and became a husband and eventually a father. All along living disembodied from his truth and he became wounded and absolutely unhappy in life. And his story, though very magical, is no different than many who are living this human experience.

The magic of his book and the reason why is the one to write it is because in the last 3 years he has been healing that magical child, finding balance between his masculine and feminine energy. He is embodying everything he claims in his book, as he is Becoming The Energy Of The Man and Woman He Always Knew He Had Inside. He is becoming a performer of Dance, a song writer, and soon to be Author. He is Becoming The Energy of who he knew was inside him.

He currently lives in Amherst Massachusetts with his Polyamorous Life Partner Christopher Jude Croteau. They live in a beautiful home nestled in the woods facing the East and morning sun magically their address has Sunderland on it, the land of the Sun. You can find partaking in whatever the season outdoor activities such as skiing in the winter, hiking, road biking, and nude river bathing. They are developing a healing center and are intentionally bringing a School of Tantra from Europe called, “Awaken As Love”.
