Author Bio

Sara Margalus (AKA Sara Mac) is what happens when resilience meets purpose. A U.S. Army combat veteran with a distinguished career leading Military Police Soldiers in multiple locations in Iraq, Sara learned early what it means to lead with courage, clarity, and unwavering integrity.

After transitioning from the military, she went on to become a corporate investigator and a global lead of workplace violence prevention and threat management programs for some of the world’s largest organizations—including SAP, Boeing, and Alaska Airlines. Throughout her career, she has become a trusted expert in safety, resilience and human behavior.
