This book is a blueprint for transforming workplace culture from the inside out; through attitude and appreciation. It reframes leadership as stewardship and shows how cultural change begins when behavior aligns with the right attitude.
My name is Francisco Fierro, and I am the author of Attitude Based Culture Reformation: ABCR.
I wrote this book because I’ve seen too many workplaces fracture under fear-based leadership and top-down mandates. I’ve witnessed good people leaving because culture became toxic. And I’ve learned that culture doesn’t change through compliance, it changes through attitude.
This book was born from years of leading teams in high-pressure environments, where safety, trust, and morale were on the line every day. I discovered that when leaders stop trying to dominate and start showing up as stewards, present, accountable, and human, culture transforms.
