Energy Mavericks is a book forged at the intersection of innovation, business and leadership. It unveils a hidden revolution in the energy world, challenging polarized debates and short-term thinking to forge a path toward a sustainable and abundant energy future.  It highlights groundbreaking technologies across the energy sector and the leadership  traits driving their development. The contents of the book encapsulate the “Maverick Mindset”: a philosophy of challenging ingrained biases and fostering innovative leadership, and vision needed across interconnected energy ecosystems.

My name is Claudia Molina and I am the author of Energy Mavericks. I wrote this book because, having witnessed the stark realities of energy poverty alongside the immense potential of bold ideas throughout my global career, I felt compelled to bridge the divisive narratives in the energy landscape. The question, “How can a nation rich in resources still grasp for energy?” haunted me, driving my conviction to seek groundbreaking innovation propelled by visionary leadership.
